We are Optillusion Games , the creator of fun, artistic, and beautiful games.
Our debut game Moncage has won multiple awards across the world including the iPad Game of the Year 2022. We are making new games just as exciting as Moncage.
Weʼre hunting for a versatile Game 3D Generalist who can model, texture, rig, and animate assets that pop off the screen—especially stylized or anime-inspired characters. Youʼll partner with designers, engineers, and 2D artists to build striking worlds and expressive characters for our next projects.
As a Technical Designer, your responsibilities include quickly prototyping and iterating on new ideas, creating clear and concise design documentation, collaborating closely with engineering to align on technical requirements, and refining gameplay elements to deliver a polished and engaging player experience.
We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to shape how our games connect with the world. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and experimentation—perfect for someone who can zoom out to craft the big picture while diving in to test what actually moves the needle.
You’ll drive the go-to-market strategy for both current and upcoming titles, lead early-stage market validation for new concepts, and work hand-in-hand with our Community Manager and Development Team.
This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in indie-scale environments—big enough to make an impact, small enough to own the vision. You’ll have the freedom to build, the responsibility to lead, and the creativity to shape how our games are discovered and loved.
We are seeking a creative and technically versatile Game 2D Generalist to bring our unique worlds to life. This role involves working closely with game designers to craft striking 2D visuals, from character and environment design to UI/UX and marketing assets. The role starts at 32 hours per week during a 2-month probation period, increasing to 40 hours per week after successful completion.
